MTI usually creates a show page as soon as they acquire the rights, and you can turn on notifications so that you know when the rights are released for non-professionals. They have to wait until the rights owner okays the release, as they give preference to Broadway/touring companies/etc. It took about 3 years from acquisition to release for Mamma Mia - so this is their standard M.O., and for other rights warehouses as well.
