A Message from MTI Regarding COVID-19

MTI's first priority remains the safety of our customers and their organizations as we continue to navigate the impacts of COVID-19 on the theatre community.

We have gathered some information below for those with bookings affected by COVID-19, as well as links to streaming and remote performance options and helpful resources.

Production Cancellations and Postponements

Please log in to your MyMTI account and complete the CHANGE BOOKING form.

From the ACCOUNT OVERVIEW dropdown select VIEW ALL BOOKINGS. Under ACTIVE BOOKINGS you will see your show/s listed, and on the right side of each booking, you should select CHANGE BOOKING. This form allows you to request a postponement well as an option to cancel. The form provides more details on each of these options.

(Please allow up to 10-14 business days for approvals and changes to take effect in MyMTI.)

We at MTI understand that many theatres, schools, and organizations are continuing to navigate these tumultuous times. We are here for you. For a limited time and as a small token of our appreciation, we are offering all of our E-perusals and digital Broadway Junior Audio Perusals FOR FREE for Primary MyMTI Contacts. Once logged in to your MyMTI account, simply click “Apply for a Perusal” under APPLICATIONS, follow the steps, include up to 5 additional emails to send the free e-perusal to, and your order will be free of charge.

Please note: We ask that you please order through MyMTI, as the licensing representatives are working very hard to attend to every customer's needs during this time. Ordering e-perusals on MyMTI are for organizations in the US and Canada.

RETURNS, SHIPMENTS, AND MAIL DELAYS

Potential USPS Delays:
For customers returning contracts by mail or waiting on a refund check, please be aware that the USPS service has been impacted by Covid-19. More information can be found on the USPS website.

Rental material returns:
Our Materials Library is open and able to receive rented material returns. Please visit our page on Returning Rented Materials for more detailed information. 

(Please note: Broadway Junior and Disney One-Act Editions are purchased, not rented, and do NOT need to be returned. We are unable to provide return labels for your rental materials and ask that you please keep your tracking information)
