We would like to stream and do a live show for Moana Jr., but when filling out the application, it only lets us choose one option.  How do we apply to do both?

Hi! Moana JR. is only available for Scheduled Content, meaning it must be a pre-recorded performance at the time of its streaming. If you have further questions, please contact your licensing representative.
