Can I announce a show that we want to do in the future without having rights to it yet?

You are not allowed to announce any shows until you have secured the rights for that show with us. After we receive and proces the completed contract and security deposit (or full-balance for a JR or Kids title), are then legally allowed to announce your upcoming production, hold auditions, and begin advertising.
