How does one go about using the supplemental tracks provided?

Hi! Since these tracks are regular audio files, you don't need any special technology to play them. You can play them however you like. If you have a compatible sound board, you can play them through there alongside the live mic feed of you band. There are cues in the keyboard/conductor score indicating when they should be played.
