Hi Steve! The Annie Kids is designed to use a cast member as Sandy. He sings (or bays) Tomorrow with Annie. You could use a dog, but quite honestly there is nothing cuter than having the perfect child interpret this role.  It always brings down the house. You know your cast, your numbers and your audience and I'm sure will make the right decision for your performance.  Break a Leg!
