I'm not sure what budget you're working with, but scaffolding rental is not overly expensive. We had a quote of $200 to rent sidewalk framing for a month to use in RENT. We ended up putting their logo in the program and they donated the scaffolding. We only had to pay for delivery - $40. Try that!
