Scott, As James mentions, there was a very successful tour version presented after the Broadway run! It was mostly revamped and the writers chose to stick with the newer version. This actually isn't uncommon - the only difference is that the "Big" overhaul was on a much larger scale. It's a great show with a fun score. Best of luck on your production!
