Ed Bell

Ed Bell
Ed joined Josef Weinberger in 1995, at the ripe young age of 32, having previously managed REMEZZO, a super nightclub in Athens as well as working in a Harley Street laboratory (time for a song from Jekyll & Hyde!) where he trained in phlebotomy. Whilst Ed enjoyed honing his supervision skills in Greece, the constant loud music meant a return to the UK! Ed also worked at the Post Office for 5 years.
Ed enjoys the variety offered to him in his current position, getting satisfaction from being able to despatch hire materials ahead of schedule to customers. His interior design skills are often called upon when project managing in-house refurbishments.
Ed’s interests include cycling, socialising and all types of theatre. His favourite musical is Lionel Bart’s OLIVER, whilst his favourite play was the production of JERUSALEM featuring Mark Rylance. Ed has a keen interest in the history of the East End, a place where he was born and still resides.

We love sounding the applause to our #FreddieG Outstanding Performances at #JTFWest. Heres how Opera House Youth Actors wowed the adjudicators. This cast knows these characters in their bones. Their presentation was really well done and I loved that they were truly having fun. - Jenifer Foote I could not stop smiling - from the moment Fugue for Tinhorns began, I was hooked. Hunter Adams was a standout performer among an ensemble full of standouts. The choreography was fantastic. - Debbie Wicks La Puma Opera House Youth Actors Guys& Dolls was spectacular from start to finish. The student choreography was so well executed and the vocals were incredibly sharp! - Steven Kennedy #: Marcus Woollen
