KELSI
(to herself)
Whatever.
(As SHARPAY crosses downstage to practice bowing before her imaginary devoted fans, the SHARPETTES confer amongst themselves they know who was really off key.)
PEACHES
Was someone a little sharp, Violet?
VIOLET
It wasn't me, Peaches. Blossom?
BLOSSOM
It wasn't me, and it wasn't you two...
PEACHES
I guess some people are just born sharp
SHARPETTES

Kelsi, what have you done to your song?
KELSI
What else could I do? She said her dad would produce my next musical. How can I pass that up?
