Will "Newsies Jr." still be available for this summer or has availability been delayed due to Covid? If available, when will I be able to get a perusal.

Hello! I know the last post asking this question was back in June, but I just wanted to check in and see if "Winter 2021" possibly meant January or February. Just trying to time out our auditions, and see if I could potentially hold out till it's released. Thank you in advance!

Hello! I know you said that this will be released in early Winter 2021. Does that mean like January? If so can we book the show before hand so we can start rehearsals as soon as it is realeased? I work at an all boys school & my boys at my school really wanted to do this show this year when we thought it was being realeased in August 2020. They will be 8th graders and since it is their last year at my school and the restrictions that will most likely be in place, this would be the perfect show because there aren't many girl roles. Please try to realease it early! It will bring joy to so many children after these uncertain times. Yesterday, at our drive-by goodbyes, the 8th grade boys said that they are most looking forward to doing this play at school next year. Thank you!

I noticed that the release date for Newsies Jr. was just pushed back to Winter 2021 this week. My theatre group had already decided to do this show as our musical next year, but with that release date, it is highly unlikely that we will be able to do so. My group is an elementary club with 5th through 8th graders and I do not want to disappoint them. Is it possible that the date could be moved back up to August? If not, which month in winter will it release?
Hello, I'm Julia Sterling and I have put on summer musicals in Yarmouth ME for the past 20 summers. I thought during this unsettling time, I could put a musical on on line. I wanted to put on Newsies JR.

Hi I was wondering when the roles & music samples will be available for viewing. Also, since it is the Jr. Version I was wondering if there have been any changes in the characters that can be played by both boys or girls? I do work in an all boy school, but I have the girls from our sister school in the play as well.

I was just wondering when the perusal and right would be available. I am thinking about doing it for my show next fall in November.
