What is the difference between this version and the original?

My theater company just finished Big TYA! It was awesome! Some differences are some songs are cut, such as some susan songs and mrs. baskin songs. Also, "Fun" is a lot different. It's with the piano scene, and it's nothing like the Broadway version. Can't think of much that is too different. Some scenes taken out, and the show moves faster.
