Les Miserables School Edition Lisence

Hi there nice to meet you ^^ Im Mr.Kim in Korea. And we are Geumcheon musical school. Do you remember our ^^? We have been performing what "Les Miserables School Edition" at in Korea since 3 years ago. Then we will perform the same this year. But I'm (Kim) different one for director than last year who. We will going to organizing this musical school do in same places like last year where Geumnarae Art Hall. So I have to buy this lisence again. My organization is "Geumcheon musical school" of Geumcheon-gu Office in Korea. But I can not buy now because my access level "0"..... What do I do ? Could you tell me what do I do ^^? Thank you .
