Length of The Music Man

Does anyone know how long a performance of The Music Man lasts? If it is over 3 hours, is there a way to cut it down without ruining the show?Thanks :-)

The Music Man runs approximately 2 1/2 hours including intermission, so I think you should be all set. Hope that helps.
