Fashion merchandising student, Elle Woods, has everything: rich, pretty, popular, a straight-A student, a handsome boyfriend and is president of her sorority Delta Nu. Elle is taken to an expensive restaurant by her boyfriend, Warner Huntington III. She expects Warner to propose but instead he breaks up with her because she is to "blonde". Elle, rallies all of her resources and gets into Harvard, determined to get him back.
