Lord Farquaad banishes Pinocchio, Gingy, Humpty Dumpty and the other fairytale characters from Duloc, so they invade Shrek's swamp. To get his swamp back, the ogre goes on a quest to find Princess Fiona, aided by Donkey. When Shrek and Donkey find Fiona guarded by a large, lovely she-Dragon, they all return to Duloc, to find true love's kiss and to let their Freak Flag Fly. Based on the animated movie, the stage musical includes the songs What's Up Duloc, Morning Person, and This Is How a Dream Comes True.
