On the cost estimator, does the "number of weeks" refer to the number of weeks you would use for rehearsal, or the number of weeks you would spread performances over?

We would like to explore the possibility of obtaining right for elf the musical November 2019

Are performance rights available for Elf the Musical - performing November 2019, in Mississauga, Canada for 8 shows

I see that the show is still restricted but a local theatre has advertised it in their season for December. Did I miss something? 

I see that in November and December  it is playing in Ontario. 

I have not received advance notification that is it now available (as I am on the advance notice list)
