Will the licensable version have the option to add "True Love" back in Act 2?

I was reading through the libretto and noticed Anna's solo in Act 2, "True Love", wasn't included. Will there be an option to include it when licensing the show?

Hi! We do not have that option for Frozen. Licensed productions cannot add songs.
