I would probably do this show in May if you did. I am a middle school and have done several of your shows and am struggling to find the right show for my kids this year.

This one-act version is actually designed for both middle and high schools. Similar to a Broadway Junior title, the show comes with a materials package you get to keep, and audio tracks to perform to. The content is age-appopriate and the themes are universal. The legnth runs just a little longer than a JR. title at 90 minutes, but it's perfect for a middle school who has expereince producing musical theatre, like you.
