Wouldn't it be Loverly? In Edwardian London, Professor Henry Higgins takes on the challenge of teaching Cockney flower girl Eliza Doolittle to speak Proper English, with the help of his friend Col. Pickering. As she transforms from lower class street urchin to high society lady, Eliza brings spirit and charm to the Ascot races and Embassy Ball. Lovestruck Freddy Eynsford-Hill looks for her on the Street Where You Live, and dad Alfie Doolittle proclaims Get Me to the Church On Time.
