Jake Putnam joined Music Theatre International as a Project Coordinator in 2025, where he focuses on process improvement and making sure project frameworks play nicely with how teams actually work. Since 2018,he’s helped organizations deliver projects on time by blending structure with adaptability. Jake got his MBA in 2021 and holds the following project management certifications: PMP, CSM, ITIL, and DevOps Project Manager. He’s passionate about building systems that work for people, not the other way around.

When he’s not wrangling tickets or smoothing out workflows, Jake likes to shoot pool and does his best to keep up with his two boys—who seem to think he’s part jungle gym, part snack dispenser.
