Andrew Lippa's Wild Party

Andrew Lippa's Wild Party
Decadence and excess are the life of the party in this jazzy 1920s whodunnit.

A steamy prohibition tale, steamrolling and roaring its way across the stage, Andrew Lippa's Wild Party was an Off-Broadway gem that garnered an array of industry accolades, including Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Obie awards. Based on Joseph Moncure March's 1928 narrative poem of the same name, this darkly brilliant show features one of the most exciting, pulse-racing scores ever written.

Lovers Queenie and Burrs decide to throw the party-to-end-all-parties in their Manhattan apartment. After the colorful arrival of a slew of guests living life on the edge, Queenie's wandering eyes land on a striking man named Black. As the decadence is reaching a climax, so is Burrs' jealousy, which erupts and sends him into a violent rage. Gun in hand and inhibitions abandoned, Burrs turns on Queenie and Black. The gun gets fired, but who's been shot?

Andrew Lippa's Wild Party is a favorite of universities and theatre companies that like to push the envelope. Creative potential leaps from its pages. If staged in an intimate space, the audience might feel as if they're party guests, themselves!

International release

Do we know when this title will be available for international release? I've applied and inquired various times over the past numerous years and am told it's restricted but no indication as to when it will be available for use outside of the continental USA.

Again: Trigger Sequence in Raise the Roof dance, is obviously rhythmic sequenced drums, as slightly indicated in the Piano Conductor, but since there is no Keyboard Solutions for Wild Party, and the sequence is not in the key2 nor drums, how to create?
I thought this would be clear when we rented the patches, BUT YOU DON"T RENT THE PATCHES!! Is this now just made up by the drummer, or do I have to create the drum sequencer sounds. If so, I wish it was notated clearer in my parts or one of the books what the sequence actually is. How to proceed? (We open this Friday (5 days).)
