Do I have to pay the full licensing amount if only doing a few scences from the show as a workshop opportunity (no public performance or ticket sales)? Thanks!

I'm interested in finding out if the rights for Next to Normal and Tick Tick Boom are available for licensing next year. Is there a way to check the availability of the shows without going through the process of applying for the license?

I previously used your site to search for upcoming performances of shows I wished to see. It appears the ability to do this no longer exists. True?
We are doing a not for profit production of Next to Normal, could the price for the tracks possibly be lowered?
Our production is completely not for profit, our tickets are free. However, we would like to use these backing tracks and cannot afford the full price. We are also only doing a few performances. Is there any way the price can be lowered?

concert version
Good morning,
I am curious as to how I would license a property in order to perform a concert version of a show. I am considering doing a concert version of a show as a fundraiser during the 2018-19 school year.
