Please tell me why your app requires me to push the volume down button after hitting play, ON EVERY SONG, in order for the performance tracks to have any measurable volume. We are doing the show Something Rotten and we are using your iPad app on the newest generation iPad. Every time I push play on a track in the app there is no volume to it until I press the volume down button. This happens every time on every track. It’s extremely inconvenient. We follow your direction to have the iPad in Airpane Mode and the Bell icon is lit up as well. We are running the iPad into a Yamaha TF5 Console through a direct box into two linked channels.
