Can High School students Perform in jr shows? What is the minimum cast for Little Mermaid, jr? How long do materials typically take to arrive? (I'm still waiting for my organization to be approved)

How do I know if I was denied the rights?

Under my organization "offers" section, it says the name of the show I applied for and "restricted" next to it. But I haven't actually got an email saying I cannot or can do the show. It's only been 7 days since the application was sent, does that mean they're still figuring it out or does the "restricted" mean it's over and done?
