I have had a theatre group reach out to me to help promote their summer programming, but in looking at their website I am doubtful that they have secured the proper contract for their offering. Of course, I am reluctant to recommend them if they are not following the law.
Do you have advice for me on how to follow up?

I asked to be on the notification list years ago for the general release of WAITRESS--I know well before another local theatre started to ask about the show. Now, I see WAITRESS is still "restricted"; however, I now see the "upcoming" productions tab including that aforementioned other local theatre as having secured dates to perform the show this coming September.
We have been clients of MTI for decades as well, and I'd like an explanation as to how this local troupe received priority for producing WAITRESS.
Could we purchase the show without the scripts and vocal scores for a lower price?
Hi! My school would like to do Come From Away next spring (May 2025) and we were wondering if there was an approximate for when the rights for Come From Away would be able to be bought. Do you know if they’ll be out before January 2025?
Is a license available which would allow a public high school to perform Hamilton? If yes, how do we obtain this license?
