We are hoping to do Freaky Friday this school year and have an offer set-up with you all, but I wanted to confirm something first. On the Freaky Friday page under resources it shows that the accompaniment tracks are available for both the rehearsals and the performances, however on our offer contract it only shows the rehearsal tracks as being available. Could someone let me know if the offer is incorrect and just has a typo or if the resources tab is incorrect and that only rehearsal tracks are available for this show? I've tried to call and email our rep with no response so I am hoping someone here can help me out.

I have a quick question about licensing. I know it's illegal to perform a show without licensing it, but what if it was the other way around? What would happen if you DID license a show but never actually performed it? Is that illegal? Now before anyone thinks anything, I have not licensed a show nor do I plan to, I'm just asking hypothetically.
