Lively McCabe Entertainment (LM) is a global theatrical development, acquisition, and management company founded in 2017 by Chairman Michael Barra, and led by President Allison Bressi. The company's core business is the development and management of theatrical copyrights. LM partners with IP owners including dramatists and their estates, as well as film studios, music publishers and other underlying rights holders to develop derivative copyrights for live stage exploitation.

LM is best known for its play, Clue: A New Comedy (currently touring the US) and its Lively McCabe 'Hits' Musicals Collection, a collection of jukebox musicals at MTI. The collection includes the original country music musical, May We All, an original 80s jukebox by Sandy Rustin-- Always Something There..., and The Santa Switch, a new holiday musical by Jeremy Desmon. Stage musical adaptations of the iconic films Girls Just Want to Have Fun and Can’t Hardly Wait are currently in development for the collection.

LM is also known for developing and producing the musical adaptation of the 1985 film, Mystic Pizza (currently booking a tour for 2026) and for Joe Iconis' Punk Rock Girl! (currently available for licensing).

The company is an active sponsor of key theatrical consortia such as the Educational Theater Association (EdTA), the Association of American Community Theatre (AACT), the National Alliance for Musical Theater (NAMT), among others.
