Performance Track Tempos

Is there a way to get the performance tracks (either all or select tracks) at a different tempo? I am finding that my cast members are having difficulty keeping up with the correct tempos and we will not be using live accompaniment.

Something Rotten

I would like to do a number from Shrek.

I am in the process for putting together Convocation for the school district I work at. Convocation is basically a pep rally to get the employees of the district excited about the new year. Our theme this year is "Our Story." We would like to open the show with "This is Our Story" from Shrek the Musical. No one from outside the district attends this. It is only for employees, which we have about 1,200. What is the process of getting the right to this song? I am not sure where to start and thought I could have someone point me in the right direction. Thanks.

How do we reset our account?

I am the new drama director at a high school. The former director was in charge of the schools MTI account. And we no longer have the login in information. Which is troubling because I would like to apply for rights, so we can put on a show this spring. How do we go about making a new account or resetting log in?
